Life Outside the Solar System

The field of astrobiology is the study of life on other planets. So far, life has not been found outside of the solar system. Scientists have identified several planets inside other solar systems. But, most of these planets are outside the habitable zone of their solar system. NASA and other space agencies are launching better telescopes into space in the hope of identifying the most likely planets for life outside our solar system.
